That’s where I come in. This little guide is here to help take some of the stress off your plate. You’ll find answers to common questions, details about the packages I offer, how to book me for your big day—and of course, a peek at some of my past work.

The Booking Process
Step 1: Fill out that Contact Form
You can find the form here!
This is just to get the process started, it’s a couple of questions and contact info for you so we can get to the next steps. I will respond within 24 hours so we can set up a meeting, either on the phone or in person.
Step 2: Schedule a Meeting
I LOVE meeting clients in person to go over the details of their wedding, whether they have everything planned or not. Sometimes it’s nice to offer my two cents in there to help with the logistics of the photography aspect of the big day. Meeting in person also helps to make sure we vibe well together! Not sure about meeting in person? Check out Let’s Meet Before Your Wedding.
If an in-person meeting doesn’t work for you, that’s totally cool because we can chat over the phone at a time that is convenient for you!
These meetings usually last anywhere from 30-60 minutes where I ask a bunch of questions, so be ready lol! The questions give me a better idea of what your vision is, what I should expect on the day and get you a personalized quote.
*Not sure how many hours you need? Check out this post - Creating Your Wedding Timeline
Step 3: Wedding Photography Proposal
After we chat I will send you a proposal (a file that’s about 7 pages) full of wedding day tips, info about the booking process, contract, etc. You just select the proposed package and there will always be an option to purchase additional hours, if you feel like you need it. There is also a short questionnaire in there that I would love for you to fill out!
Step 4: Sign the Contract & Pay the Deposit
I totally get that signing a contract can feel a little intimidating, but it is required for be to do my job and give you my all!
To secure your booking, I require a 10% deposit. So, if your total is $2,000, the deposit would be $200, due when you sign the contract. The rest can be paid however it works best for you—monthly, every other month, whatever fits your schedule—as long as everything is paid in full by your wedding day.
This helps keep everything clear and stress-free so we can focus on making your day amazing!
Step 5: Check that box!
Take a deep breath! You are officially booked!
What to Expect After Booking

I’ll check invto see if you’ve finalized the timeline, updated any shot lists or inspiration boards, and to check if there have been any changes since our initial meeting—just to ensure everything is aligned and we’re fully prepared for the day!

After you receive your gallery, that’s it!

“Jennifer photographed my wedding and we couldn't be happier! She was respectful to our catholic service and got every shot I wanted! The quality was amazing and we are very grateful!” -Samantha S.
“Jennifer is a wonder to work with! For our engagement and wedding day photos, she gave clear directions which helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera since we didn’t have to guess at what she wanted us to do. She brought life to our sessions with her spunky personality and we loved her for it! It’s so easy to get the timeline confused when it’s showtime, but Jennifer was always one step ahead on our wedding day and even gave gentle reminders when we couldn’t remember where to be next. Jennifer made what could’ve been a hectic day all go so smoothly.” -Ila M.
“Jenn is amazing hired her to take my photos for my wedding day. Shes super friendly and professional. Me and my husband loved how all the photos turned out” -Helen G.

I’m so excited to share that we did Kendallyn + Austin’s wedding just last Saturday! If you go back a few posts, you can see their engagement shoot at Smith Rock, which was really cool!
These are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met and we were so honored to be able to document their big day!
