It’s quite a process, am I right? All the planning, vendors, budgets, gathering of families, flowers….you get the picture.
Hopefully this little guide here can help ease some of that stress & clear up any questions you have about packages I offer, booking me for your wedding & you can check out some of my past work.
Wedding photography Packages

Micro-weddings/Elopements
This option is perfect for those couples that want super-small, intimate weddings, with just immediate family & maybe a couple friends. Usually around 20 people or less total including wedding party.
Or those adventurous couples that have a “Let’s run off together & get married!” kind of vibe & want to elope somewhere awesome!

1-3 hours of shooting time throughout
-Full online gallery & printing options
-Silly & serious prompts, posing, suggestions, & documentary style images
*Photo lists are encouraged to make sure we get all the photos you want!

Base rate starts at $850 for 1 hour

Small Wedding
This option is great for couples who know there’s going to be more time, energy, & people involved.
With just the right amount of photo coverage of events, multiple locations if needed, & a second shooter option, we will document all of those special events & little details that make your day special.

4-6 hours of shooting time throughout
-Full online gallery & printing options
-Silly & serious prompts, posing, suggestions, & documentary style images
*Photo lists are encouraged to make sure we get all the photos you want!

Base rate starts at $2,000 for 4 hours

The Booking Process
Step 1: Fill out that Contact Form
You can find the form here!
This is just to get the process started, it’s a couple of questions & contact info for you so we can get to the next steps. I will respond within 24 hours so we can set up a meeting, either on the phone or in person.
Step 2: Schedule a Meeting
I LOVE meeting clients in person to go over the details of their wedding, whether they have everything planned or not. Sometimes it’s nice to offer my two cents in there to help with the logistics of the photography aspect of the big day. Meeting in person also helps to make sure we vibe well together! If an in-person meeting doesn’t work for you, that’s totally cool because we can chat over the phone at a time that is convenient for you!
These meetings usually last anywhere from 30-60 minutes & I ask a bunch of questions, so be ready lol! The questions give me a better idea of what to expect on the day and get you a personalized quote that works with your budget.
Step 3: Your Proposal
After we chat I will send you a proposal (a file that’s about 7 pages) full of wedding day tips, info about the booking process, contract, etc. You just select the proposed package & there will always be an option to purchase additional hours, if you feel like you need it. There is also a short questionnaire in there that I would love for you to fill out!
Step 4: Sign the Contract & Pay the Deposit
These last steps are VITAL! If these aren’t complete, your date is not secured. I know it can feel daunting signing a contract, but it is required for me to do my job & give you my all! I require 10% down as the deposit, so if the total is $1,000, the deposit will be $100, due the day you sign the contract & submit the completed proposal. The remaining payments can be broken up however you need, as long as the remainder is paid before the date of your wedding.
Step 5: Check that box!
You can check that box off your to-do list! You are officially booked!
What to Expect After Booking
4-6 WEEKS BEFORE
I will check in to see if you have nailed down the itinerary for the day or have photo shot lists narrowed down. If we are able, I would love to tour the venue to get a feel for it (if I haven’t been there before). This helps me better envision how everything is going to go down & the best places for me to be.
THE WEDDING DAY
Your wedding day is here! Always remember to breeeathe- do alllll the breathing. Oh, & drink water, don’t forget to eat, & enjoy your day. It’s YOUR day. I will be there to guide & coach you during photos, so it should be a breeze!
4-6 WEEKS AFTER
Your online gallery is delivered to your inbox! If you want, I will throw them all on a flash drive & pop that sucker in the mail, so you have them on hand.
After you receive your gallery, that’s it!
But let’s not stop there! I would still love to hear from you & would love to be your photographer for any future events like sweet, squishy little babies! Or a new house, updated family photos, or really anything lol. I love to hear updates about your lives & where the future is leading you.

*Please keep in mind - my prices reflect the hours of shooting time outlined above, as well as, the hours it takes to upload, cull, & edit all of the photos from your session. Often, there are thousands to sift through & edit to make sure I give you the best. My work is not done when the wedding/session is over, it is done once I deliver your full gallery to you!
